Fact 1 ) नए साल को पूरे देश में सबसे पुराने और सब पड़े त्यौहार के रूप में बनाया जाता हैं , 4000 वर्ष पहले नया साल बेबिलोनिया प्रजाति में बनाया गया था ।

Fact 2 ) 153 ई . पू . रोमन सीनेट ने नए साल को 1 जनवरी के रूप में घोषित किया था ।

Fact 3 ) स्पेन में नए साल की परम्परा के अनुसार लोग नए साल की पूर्व संध्या पर आधी रात को घर से बाहर अंगूर खाने जाते हैं ।
